1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, work email, job title, company name, company size, and any details you choose to share about what you are looking for. When you use our lookup tools, we collect the email address you enter and the search criteria you submit.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Browser storage. We store a small preference in your browser so that a dismissed announcement bar stays dismissed. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule calls;
• provide, operate, and improve our services and tools;
• send you information you requested or that relates to an active engagement;
• protect the site and our tools against abuse, fraud, and excessive use, for example through rate limiting and bot checks;

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and analytics

The marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Our interactive tools may set a strictly necessary cookie or token to keep your session secure and to enforce usage limits. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

The site and our services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
