Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

These Terms cover your use of the Site and our free tools. Any paid consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement or statement of work, signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms for the services it covers, that agreement controls.

2. Our services

Bolt provides outbound growth and client-acquisition consulting for recruitment and staffing agencies, including targeted outreach and warm introductions to hiring teams that match your ideal client profile. The Site and its case studies are for general information. Figures and results shown reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise or guarantee of future results.

3. Eligibility and information you provide

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. When you submit information through the Site, you agree that it is accurate and that you are permitted to share it with us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Site or its tools, or attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access controls;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or introduce malware;
• reverse engineer or copy the Site except as allowed by law;
• use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

5. Tools and data accuracy

Our lookup and enrichment tools draw on third-party data sources and automated systems. The information they return may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for your evaluation only. You are responsible for how you use it, including complying with applicable privacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws. Tool access may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, design, and logos, is owned by Bolt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

7. No professional advice and no guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or other professional advice. Recruiting and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own sales and fulfillment processes, so we do not guarantee any specific result, volume, or revenue.

8. Fees

Use of the Site and our free tools is provided at no charge. Fees for any paid engagement are set out in the separate written agreement between you and Bolt.

9. Confidentiality

Where the parties exchange confidential information during an engagement, the confidentiality terms of the applicable signed agreement apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolt and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bolt harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nova Automation LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site that is not otherwise resolved, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
